Courtney and Taz | Niagara-on-the-Lake Fruit Farm Wedding | Niagara, Ontario

Well after planning and replanning their June 2021 wedding, Courtney and Taz had a stunning day full of excitement, love, laughs and a dance party in the rain! The ladies got ready at a beautiful AirBnb in Niagara-on-the-lake which I highly recommend over a hotel if it fits your budget. AirBnbs have much more variety allowing you find place that suits your style and offers great natural light and possibly some outdoor space as well. The two were married at the sweetest little fruit farm and had the most stunning floral design by Wine Country Florals. It felt like I walked into a magazine when I arrived on sight that day. After having great weather all throughout the getting ready process and ceremony dark clouds started to roll in and just as they finished off their first dance it started to pour. This may have saddened some but Courtney and Taz had the most fun and wonderful bridal party who ran out into the rain to dance with the couple as the rain poured down. Congratulations Courtney and Taz!

June Mini Sessions | Dundurn Castle, Hamilton

Spring mini sessions took place this past weekend at Dundurn Castle in Hamilton. Every year when I hold mini sessions I feel like its a little reunion. Many families come back year after year and I love getting to catch up and share in the past year’s joys and changes. After a slower year of lifestyle sessions due to my maternity leave, it felt so good to be out working with families and children again!

If you want to update your family photos but don’t love the idea of an hour in front of the camera, especially if you have little ones, mini sessions are a great option. I will be offering one more day of mini sessions on July 8th at Kerncliff Park.

Victoria and Matt | Dundurn Castle Engagement | Hamilton, Ontario

With Victoria and Matt’s wedding just around the corner I felt it was time to finally get their beautiful Hamilton engagement up on the blog! Victoria and Matt had their engagement session at Dundurn Castle in Hamilton. I absolutely love this location as it has the perfect mix of neutral buildings, greenery and of course great light! Usually Dundurn Castle is quite busy in the warmer months which can be a challenge, but we lucked out and had the place almost completely to ourselves which allowed for a peaceful and private session. These two were amazing in front of the camera which made photographing them so easy. I cannot wait to work with them again this June at their Hamilton Golf and Country Club wedding!
