Tara and Mike's Spice Factory Wedding | Hamilton Wedding Photographer

Tara and Mike celebrated the start of their married life together this past weekend at The Spice Factory in Hamilton. This venue has since become a favourite of mine! The exposed brick, large windows and cool Hamilton charm makes this a unique location for any couple to share their "I Dos". As you look through their gallery you may notice that I stepped a bit outside my normal style of gardens and lush greenery to have a little fun with this urban spot. The Spice Factory is surrounded by interesting old buildings and alleys of street art, so how could I refuse the couple’s request to have a little Hamilton adventure!

It was so wonderful learning more about the love and life Tara and Mike have built together over the past decade and witnessing them take that next step in life together. I wish you both a beautiful marriage full of laughter, joy, and lots of cuddles with sweet Chloe!

Danessa & Mike | Princess Point | Hamilton Engagement Photographer

Danessa and I went to university together at Brock and spent many of those years in the dance studio together. When Danessa contacted me to photograph her engagement session I was so happy to have the opportunity to reconnect with her and meet her wonderful soon to be hubby Mike. Below Danessa has shared a little peak into her and Mike's love story, so keep reading for some sweet romance.

"It all started with a click.  Somewhere in between overly long lectures, too many parties to remember, and endless frozen pizzas for dinner, we made time to explore the mysterious land they call online dating. We still remember our first date, a rainy Thursday night dinner, an awkward first date that turned into a lifelong friendship. Whether its zip lining and swimming in Mexico’s hidden caves, avoiding the overpriced food in Miami beach, standing at the edge on top of Empire State, or jumping 10,000 feet from an airplane; we have shared countless adventures. Yet the greatest and most thrilling part has and will always be having each other by our sides.  We are blessed to be in each other’s lives, to make each other laugh, drive each other crazy and to be able to love one another, each and everyday. We look forward to this new chapter in our lives. A future filled with love and happiness. Together we will be able to face whatever life throws at us, because when you get to marry your best friend anything is possible.  We can’t wait to say I Do 11/11/18."

Brad & Michelle's Backyard Wedding | Orangeville Wedding Photographer

Michelle and Brad had the most joyful backyard wedding on the last very hot weekend of the year. Michelle's parents were so generous in allowing the two to say their vows and throw a great celebration on their property near Orangeville. With a blank canvas to work with, Michelle could design the country wedding of her dreams and that is just what she did. This wedding had so many lovely details and came together perfectly! One of my favourite moments was watching Michelle peak out the window into the yard to see the wedding she had put her heart into come to life. There was one other truly sweet aspect of Brad and Michelle's wedding which was that their marriage was the final touch to the amazing and beautiful family they have created together. Brad and Michelle have three of the cutest children and it filled my heart to watch their oldest daughter share in thsi special day with them.  Thank you, Brad and Michelle, for allowing me to share in the exciting and fun day!
