From the very first contact, she was prompt, friendly and professional with communication about our small family wedding in Ancaster. She asked for a list of shots that we were particularly interested in capturing the day of the event, and had a standard contract that was easy to read and understand. On the day of the wedding, she was incredible! She showed up a little early to take some photos of the venue before it was crowded with guests, and was so discreet during the ceremony I honestly didn't even know she was there. Afterwards, she was great at giving direction to our family members to stage some great formal (and hilarious informal!) photos. The end result? We have dozens of GORGEOUS photos that are bright, airy, and warm. She perfectly captured all the light and joy of my wedding day, and every single important moment. I had tears in my eyes looking at them for the first time. I honestly don't know how she took so many great shots so much so quickly; I think she has a magic wand instead of a camera. We used Meghan as our wedding and engagement photo photographer. We weren't keen on engagement photos but ended up enjoying our experience with her - she helped to make us feel comfortable. Meghan was amazing to work with! Her and I have known each other for years and I was very excited to have my photos taken by her. Setting up an appointment was easy and she was very quick to respond to messages and requests. We were all set for a date and a place, when I asked her if I could bring our puppy (then 5 months) along for the pictures. She was very open to the idea. The day of, our puppy was a little bit distracted and excited but Meghan managed to get amazing pictures. We have had family pictures taken before and it has felt awkward. Meghan made us (and the dog) feel calm and comfortable. She is very creative and took us to a great location for our pictures. 5 stars is not enough. I would recommend her for sure.
