Chelsea and Andrew | Cherry Avenue Farm Wedding | Niagara, Ontario

Chelsea and Andrew’s stunning Cherry Avenue Farm wedding had me gushing all day. Their radiant smiles and endless happy tears showed such a beautiful outward display of their love for one another and thankfulness for the adventure they were about to embark on as husband and wife. I loved their pastel colour palette and simple but absolutely gorgeous reception decor, complete with a unique antique tea cup for each guest to take home. Beyond the decor and details, what I loved most about Chelsea and Andrew’s wedding was the people there. Everyone was immensely excited for the couple and so kind and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the day was perfect! Congratulations Chelsea and Andrew, it was an honour to share in your wedding day.

A Modern In Home Elopement | Mississauga Wedding Photographer

As much as I love shooting real weddings it is always fun to be asked to participate in a creative session to further explore my craft in a relaxed setting, and connect with other vendors. This beautiful modern in home elopement session was dreamed up and brought to life by the lovely Lexi Marie Events. All the vendors involved did a spectacular job and I was blown away by the beauty I was honoured to photograph. This session was recently featured on Dear Bride Blog so feel free to check it out! (https://dearbride.ca/an-at-home-styled-elopement/) To my brides and future brides, allow sessions like this to inspire your wedding day and encourage you to try new things like renting an AirBnB or using a family/friend’s home to host a more intimate wedding. Weddings can be styled anyway you like these days so don’t be afraid to think outside of the box.

Tara and Mike's Spice Factory Wedding | Hamilton Wedding Photographer

Tara and Mike celebrated the start of their married life together this past weekend at The Spice Factory in Hamilton. This venue has since become a favourite of mine! The exposed brick, large windows and cool Hamilton charm makes this a unique location for any couple to share their "I Dos". As you look through their gallery you may notice that I stepped a bit outside my normal style of gardens and lush greenery to have a little fun with this urban spot. The Spice Factory is surrounded by interesting old buildings and alleys of street art, so how could I refuse the couple’s request to have a little Hamilton adventure!

It was so wonderful learning more about the love and life Tara and Mike have built together over the past decade and witnessing them take that next step in life together. I wish you both a beautiful marriage full of laughter, joy, and lots of cuddles with sweet Chloe!
